OnePlus Confirms Ace 7 Series Colors Ahead of October 29 China Launch

OnePlus has revealed the full color line-up for the Ace 7 and Ace 7 Pro ahead of their October 29 launch in China. GSMArena's October 24 report says each phone will be offered in three finishes, adding a clearer picture of the designs before the event.

Three finishes for each model

GSMArena describes the standard Ace 7 as coming in black, white and a gradient finish. The Ace 7 Pro is reported in black, white and a third finish rendered in English as Windbreaker. These are the descriptions used in the report rather than a guarantee of the final English-language retail names.

Chipsets and cooling are confirmed

OnePlus has confirmed a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 V-series chipset for the Ace 7 and the standard Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for the Ace 7 Pro. Earlier launch reporting also identifies an integrated fan, a dual-airflow cooling design and the company's Wind-Chaser Gaming engine.

Those details establish the series' gaming focus, but they do not prove its sustained performance or cooling effectiveness. Independent testing will be needed to judge those claims once the phones are available.

Camera, display and battery claims remain leaks

Past leaks cited by GSMArena have discussed a 200MP main camera for both phones and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom for the Pro. A 185Hz display and a 9,000mAh battery have also appeared in leak reports. They should not be treated as final specifications before the launch.

The October 29 event is a China launch, not evidence of a worldwide release. The reports do not establish a global model name, local pricing or launch dates for India, the US or Bangladesh.
