vivo X500 Series Goes Global With Regional Prices and a Smaller Pro Max Battery

vivo has started the international rollout of its X500 smartphone family, about a month after the three phones debuted in China. The lineup includes the X500, X500 Pro and X500 Pro Max, but availability varies by market.

Regional models and prices

In Malaysia, the X500 starts at MYR 4,699 for 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, while the 12GB/512GB version costs MYR 5,299. The X500 Pro is listed at MYR 5,699 for 12GB/256GB. European prices for the Pro start at €1,299 for 256GB and reach €1,449 for 512GB.

The X500 Pro Max starts at MYR 6,099 in Malaysia for 12GB/256GB. Its 16GB/1TB photography-kit configuration reaches MYR 9,699. European pricing starts at €1,499 for 256GB and rises to €2,199 for the 1TB model with the photography kit. The standard X500 is not currently part of the European rollout.

Global specifications

The global X500 retains a Dimensity 9600M processor, a 7,500mAh battery and 50MP main, 64MP telephoto and 50MP ultrawide cameras. The X500 Pro uses the Dimensity 9600 Pro, a 6,510mAh silicon-carbon battery and 50MP main, 200MP periscope and 50MP ultrawide cameras.

The global Pro Max is the main specification exception. Its 7,800mAh silicon-carbon battery is smaller than the 8,000mAh cell in the China version. All three models support 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. vivo’s official store page lists the October 27 EU launch and pre-order date, with buying scheduled for November 5.

Availability remains market-specific

The launch confirms international pricing for selected markets, not a universal release across every region. Buyers should check vivo’s local store or carrier listings for final model availability and configuration details.
