Leaked Samsung W27 Renders Show Blue-and-Gold Design Ahead of China Event

Samsung's next W-series foldable has appeared in a new set of renders ahead of a reported October 29 announcement in China. GSMArena identifies the device as the W27, a China-focused premium model related to Samsung's book-style Galaxy Z Fold line.

What the renders show

The images were shared by leaker Evan Blass and show a folded and unfolded phone from multiple angles. They depict a dark blue exterior with gold-colored trim and accents, including the W-series emblem on the rear. Android Headlines says the leaked color name is “Aura Blue,” attributing that detail to Blass. The render is a leak, not a Samsung product photograph or confirmation of the final retail design.

Specifications remain unconfirmed

GSMArena says the W27 is expected to use the same basic hardware as the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra. That relationship, along with reports of a 16GB RAM and 1TB storage configuration, remains unconfirmed. Samsung has not been shown to have published a W27 product specification page in the sources consulted, so the article does not treat those details as final facts.

China announcement, uncertain wider availability

The reported October 29 event is in China, consistent with the W series' market positioning. A report by IT Post says Samsung has not confirmed a separate international launch or complete retail schedule. It also describes the W27 name and specifications as unconfirmed. No availability claim is made for India, the US or Bangladesh.

Pricing was not announced in the consulted sources. The October 29 event should clarify the model's official name, specifications, price and sales arrangements.
