OPPO Find X10 Pro Max India Launch Confirmed With 2nm Chip and Triple 200MP Cameras
OPPO has confirmed that the Find X10 series is coming to India, with the Find X10 Pro Max set to be among the first smartphones powered by MediaTek’s new 2nm Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset. The flagship has already launched in China with a 6.78-inch 144Hz display, triple 200MP Hasselblad cameras, an 8,000mAh battery and 80W wired charging. However, OPPO has not yet announced the exact Indian launch date or confirmed whether every Chinese-market specification will remain unchanged.
OPPO Find X10 Pro Max Is Coming to India With a 2nm Chip and Three 200MP Cameras
OPPO has officially confirmed that its new Find X10 series is heading to India, putting the spotlight on the OPPO Find X10 Pro Max as one of the country's most ambitious Android camera flagships of 2026. The announcement came at MediaTek Tech Day in Delhi, where OPPO confirmed that the Pro Max will be among the first smartphones to use MediaTek's new Dimensity 9600 Pro flagship processor.
There is an important detail here: OPPO has confirmed the Indian arrival, but it has not yet announced the exact India launch date. The company has said the Find X10 series will arrive in the coming weeks. That means the phone is officially on its way to India, but claims about a specific Indian release date or Indian price should still be treated cautiously until OPPO publishes them.
The timing is particularly interesting because the Find X10 Pro Max has already made its debut in China. It is the first Pro Max model in OPPO's Find series and has been positioned as an imaging-focused flagship rather than simply another performance-oriented premium smartphone. Its headline feature is an unusual camera configuration: three 200-megapixel rear cameras, supported by Hasselblad imaging technology.
OPPO Has Confirmed the India Arrival, But the Price Is Still a Mystery
The China launch gives us a good idea of what OPPO's top Find X10 model brings to the table, but the Indian version should not be treated as identical until the company confirms the specifications.
In China, the Find X10 Pro Max starts at 6,799 yuan for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage version. Higher configurations include 12GB+512GB, 16GB+512GB and 16GB+1TB, with the top model priced at 8,999 yuan. The phone went on sale in China in September.
For India, however, OPPO has not announced an official price yet. That is important because directly converting the Chinese price into Indian rupees would not give a reliable retail price. Taxes, distribution, local pricing strategy and launch offers can all change the final figure.
Three 200MP Cameras Are the Phone's Biggest Attraction
The Find X10 Pro Max takes a very different approach to flagship photography. Instead of using one extremely high-resolution primary camera alongside lower-resolution supporting sensors, OPPO has equipped the Chinese model with three 200MP rear cameras.
The main camera uses a 200MP sensor with an f/1.5 aperture, autofocus and optical image stabilization. The 200MP ultra-wide camera has a 124-degree field of view, while the 200MP telephoto camera uses a 70mm-equivalent focal length and also includes optical stabilization.
There is also a dedicated second-generation color-restoration camera on the rear. The system supports up to 3x optical zoom and up to 120x digital zoom, while OPPO's imaging software brings Hasselblad-branded modes and processing into the camera experience.
The more interesting part is not simply the number 200MP. Using high-resolution sensors across the main, ultra-wide and telephoto cameras gives OPPO considerably more flexibility when processing images at different focal lengths. Whether that translates into better real-world photographs than competing flagship systems will depend heavily on image processing, low-light performance and consistency between the three cameras.
A 2nm Dimensity 9600 Pro Powers the Flagship
The Find X10 Pro Max is also significant because of its processor. OPPO has confirmed that the Indian model will use MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro, a new flagship platform built using TSMC's advanced 2nm N2P process.
MediaTek's chip uses an all-big-core architecture, including two C2-Ultra cores capable of reaching 4.55GHz alongside six performance cores. MediaTek claims up to a 17 percent improvement in overall CPU performance and approximately 27 percent higher graphics performance under sustained workloads compared with its predecessor.
The smaller manufacturing process is not just about benchmark numbers. Efficiency is becoming increasingly important as smartphones take on more AI processing, high-resolution photography, gaming and background tasks. MediaTek claims the new platform can deliver up to a 61 percent improvement in CPU multi-core energy efficiency compared with the previous-generation process.
For the Find X10 Pro Max, OPPO is combining the chipset with its own Laminar Flow Engine, which is designed to coordinate rendering, system scheduling and power management. The goal is straightforward: keep the interface responsive during demanding workloads without turning the phone into a battery drain.
AI Is Becoming a Major Part of the Hardware
The Dimensity 9600 Pro also brings a much stronger focus on on-device artificial intelligence.
The chipset uses a dual-NPU architecture, with MediaTek positioning it for large language models, computational photography and other AI workloads. The company says its high-performance NPU delivers faster LLM processing, while the efficiency-focused NPU is designed to handle persistent AI tasks using less power.
That matters for a phone such as the Find X10 Pro Max because its camera system depends heavily on computational photography. High-resolution sensors alone do not produce flagship images. The processor has to combine multiple frames, manage exposure, improve detail, reduce noise and process colors in real time.
The new AI hardware therefore plays a role behind the scenes. Users may not see the NPU itself, but they can potentially notice its effect through faster image processing, smarter camera features and increasingly sophisticated on-device AI functions.
The Display Is Built for Both Photography and Gaming
The Chinese Find X10 Pro Max features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 2772 × 1272 resolution. It supports adaptive refresh rates up to 120Hz, with 144Hz available in supported gaming scenarios.
OPPO lists a typical global brightness of 800 nits and a high-brightness figure of 2,000 nits. The panel also supports 10-bit color and a touch sampling rate of up to 288Hz.
The combination should make the phone suitable for more than photography. A high-refresh-rate AMOLED panel is increasingly expected in premium Android phones, and the 144Hz gaming mode gives the Pro Max another performance-oriented feature without compromising its multimedia focus.
8,000mAh Battery With 80W Charging
Battery capacity is another area where OPPO has pushed beyond what is common in many traditional flagship phones.
The China version carries an 8,000mAh battery, supported by 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. That is a substantial capacity for a premium flagship and should give the phone plenty of endurance for photography, gaming, video playback and everyday use.
The large battery also makes sense alongside the new 2nm processor. More efficient silicon does not automatically guarantee longer battery life, but combining improved processor efficiency with a larger battery gives OPPO more room to maintain performance without constantly worrying about power consumption.
Still, actual battery life will depend on factors such as display brightness, mobile-network conditions, gaming and camera usage. Capacity alone should not be treated as a direct measure of real-world endurance.
Premium Hardware Comes With a Noticeable Weight
The Find X10 Pro Max is not a small or lightweight phone. OPPO's Chinese specifications list a thickness of approximately 8.40mm and a weight of around 233–235 grams, depending on the finish.
That is understandable considering the size of the battery, display and camera hardware. The phone is clearly designed around a maximum-feature approach rather than ultra-light portability.
The device also carries IP66, IP68 and IP69 ratings for resistance against dust and water exposure. This adds another layer of protection expected from a modern premium flagship.
OPPO Find X10 Pro Max Specifications
The Chinese model comes with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. It runs ColorOS 17 based on Android 17 and supports the Dimensity 9600 Pro platform.
The rear camera system consists of a 200MP main camera, 200MP ultra-wide camera and 200MP telephoto camera, while the front camera is 50MP. Video capabilities include 8K recording and 4K recording at up to 120 frames per second, along with Dolby Vision support in supported modes.
The phone's combination of high-end imaging hardware, a 2nm processor, a large battery and high-refresh-rate display puts it firmly in the premium flagship category.
What Makes the Find X10 Pro Max Different?
The smartphone market is already crowded with phones offering fast processors, large batteries and high-resolution cameras. What makes the Find X10 Pro Max interesting is how aggressively OPPO has combined all of those areas in one device.
The triple-200MP camera system is arguably its biggest differentiator. Most flagship phones still use different sensor resolutions for their main, ultra-wide and telephoto cameras. OPPO is clearly betting that maintaining very high resolution across all three focal lengths can give photographers more consistent detail and flexibility.
The second major attraction is the Dimensity 9600 Pro. Being among the first smartphones to use a 2nm flagship chip gives the Find X10 Pro Max a strong technical story even before considering the camera system.
India Launch Could Make It One of the Most Interesting Flagships of the Year
For Indian buyers, the most important development is that this is no longer just a China-exclusive phone waiting for a possible international release. OPPO has officially confirmed the Find X10 series for India, and the Find X10 Pro Max has been specifically associated with the new Dimensity 9600 Pro.
The remaining questions are practical ones: the exact Indian launch date, Indian configurations, local pricing and whether the Indian model will retain every feature available on the Chinese version.
Those details could significantly change how attractive the phone becomes in India's premium smartphone market. If OPPO manages to bring the triple-200MP camera system, 8,000mAh battery and 2nm Dimensity 9600 Pro to India at an aggressive price, the Find X10 Pro Max could become a serious alternative to Samsung, Apple, vivo and other high-end camera flagships.
For now, the hardware already makes it one of the most closely watched upcoming smartphone launches in India. The exact Indian price and final configuration are the pieces still missing from the puzzle.
