However, Honor has not announced exact update dates for individual models.
Honor Reveals Global Devices Getting the MagicOS 11 Update
Honor has confirmed which global devices are eligible for its MagicOS 11 software update, giving existing users a clearer idea of whether their phones and tablets will receive the latest version. The Android 17-based software is scheduled to roll out between October 2026 and March 2027.
The update covers several generations of Honor devices, including flagship Magic phones, foldable smartphones, Number-series handsets, budget-friendly X-series models and selected tablets. However, the company has not published an exact month-by-month schedule for every device.

Honor tablets and other devices
Selected tablets, including the MagicPad 3 and MagicPad 4, are also included in the rollout information. Certain Honor Turbo and Play-series devices appear in the wider supported-device list.
Availability can vary by market and model variant, so owners should check the official regional update information before assuming that every device sold under a similar name is eligible.
When Will Honor Release MagicOS 11?
The global stable rollout is scheduled to begin in October 2026 and continue through March 2027. Honor has not confirmed an exact release date for each supported smartphone or tablet.
Some devices are already part of the MagicOS 11 open beta programme, while others are expected to receive the stable version later in the rollout. Beta access does not necessarily mean that the final update is immediately available to every owner of that model.
The phased approach means two users with eligible phones could receive the update at different times, depending on their device variant and market. Owners should check their phone's software update settings periodically for availability.
What Does MagicOS 11 Bring?
MagicOS 11 is based on Android 17 and introduces a refreshed interface alongside improvements to Honor's software and AI experience.
One of the visible changes is a Liquid Glass-inspired design, with more translucent interface elements and updated visual effects. Honor has also highlighted improvements to its YOYO AI assistant, which is designed to handle more complex tasks and provide more proactive assistance.
The software also focuses on smoother interactions and improved connections between devices. Some of the advanced AI functions, however, may depend on the model, region, language and availability of supported services.
Receiving MagicOS 11 does not automatically mean every device will support every feature. Hardware capabilities and regional software versions can affect which functions are available.
How to Check for the MagicOS 11 Update
Owners of eligible Honor devices can check for new software by opening Settings, navigating to System and updates or the equivalent software-update menu on their device, and selecting Software update.
If MagicOS 11 is not available yet, it does not necessarily mean the phone is excluded. The global rollout extends over several months, and Honor has not published precise dates for every model.
Before installing a major system update, users should back up important information, ensure the battery is sufficiently charged and use a reliable internet connection.
What Honor Users Should Know
The newly published list gives global Honor users a useful starting point for checking whether their devices are expected to receive MagicOS 11. The broad rollout covers multiple product generations rather than focusing exclusively on the newest flagship phones.
The main uncertainty is timing. Until Honor provides more detailed regional schedules, users cannot reliably determine the exact day or month their particular handset will receive the stable release.
For now, checking the official Honor announcements and the software-update menu remains the most practical way to track availability.
