Motorola Signature 27 confirmed for November India launch

Motorola has confirmed that the Signature 27 is coming to India in November. Its official India page gives a launch window rather than an exact day or time, and offers registration instead of a purchase or pre-order option.

The India announcement is a new regional update for the flagship previewed at September’s Snapdragon Summit. It does not establish an Indian retail price or a confirmed local sales partner.

Confirmed hardware and software commitments

Motorola’s India page confirms Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 platform, diamond-infused thermal gel and a redesigned 3D vapour chamber. The disclosed camera hardware includes a 50MP Sony LYTIA 910 main sensor and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera. Motorola describes its Super Zoom Pro feature as offering up to 100x zoom with generative AI; that should not be confused with 100x optical magnification.

The phone also features Audio by Bang & Olufsen. Motorola’s global announcement promises seven years of OS upgrades and lists aerospace-grade aluminium, glass-ceramic construction, and Pantone Coal Smoke and Pantone Capulet Olive finishes.

What the November window does not confirm

The official material reviewed does not specify an Indian launch day, launch time, price or retail partner. The complete camera system and several other retail specifications also remain undisclosed, so the teaser should not be treated as a finished India specification sheet.

Signature 27 is a new generation, distinct from the earlier Motorola Signature. The global announcement says worldwide availability is expected in 2026, but does not establish that this exact model has already gone on sale in another market. The image accompanying this article shows a preview unit, not evidence of Indian retail availability.
