vivo Y600 Opens China Preorders at CNY 1,999 With a 10,000mAh Battery

vivo has made the Y600 official in China and opened preorders, giving its 10,000mAh-battery phone a confirmed starting price of CNY 1,999. General sales are scheduled to begin on October 30.

The announcement moves the story beyond the earlier carrier listing: buyers now have an official preorder window and a published configuration-price range, rather than only prelaunch specifications.

China prices and configurations

The October 26 launch coverage lists four memory configurations:

RAM / storage China price
6GB / 128GB CNY 1,999
8GB / 128GB CNY 2,099
6GB / 256GB CNY 2,199
8GB / 256GB CNY 2,499

The listed finishes are Diamond Gold, Obsidian Black and Sapphire Blue. These prices and the October 30 sales date apply to China; they are not confirmed international retail prices or release dates.

A 10,000mAh battery leads the hardware

The Y600 pairs its unusually large stated battery capacity with a MediaTek Dimensity 7300e chipset and a 6.83-inch, 1.5K-resolution display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

vivo also promotes a Guinness World Records-related livestreaming endurance result of 32 hours and 37 minutes. That is a manufacturer-cited demonstration, not a battery-life measurement performed by Innopark IT, and it should not be read as a guarantee of the same runtime for every workload.

Capacity alone does not settle real-world endurance: screen brightness, network conditions, apps and usage patterns will affect how long a charge lasts.

Cameras and protection

The camera hardware includes a 50MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. An under-display fingerprint reader and NFC are also listed.

vivo's product information advertises IP68 and IP69 protection under specified test conditions. Those ratings do not mean the phone is immune to every kind of liquid exposure or that it should be charged while wet.
