Samsung Galaxy Fit4 leak points to a taller display and expanded sleep tracking
A Galaxy Fit4 Manager APK teardown points to a 258×428-pixel display, support for up to 12 tiles and expanded sleep insights, but Samsung has not announced the tracker or confirmed its launch, price or specifications.
Samsung Galaxy Fit4 leak points to a taller display and expanded sleep tracking
Samsung’s next budget fitness band is taking shape through software files and regulatory records, but the Galaxy Fit4 remains unannounced. A new report based on a teardown of the Galaxy Fit4 Manager app describes several planned features without establishing a launch date, price or retail availability.
What the leaked app reveals
Watch-face assets found in the companion app reportedly use a 258×428-pixel canvas. That would be slightly taller than the 256×402-pixel display reported for the Galaxy Fit3, although the asset dimensions do not by themselves confirm the final panel specification. The app is also said to support as many as 12 tiles, giving users more shortcuts to health and activity information.
The same teardown points to step counting, active time, activity calories, heart-rate readings and high- or low-heart-rate alerts. It also references stress measurements and high-stress notifications, alongside blood-oxygen tracking. These are app references or reported plans, not a Samsung specification sheet.
Sleep features are a focus
Sleep tracking appears to be one of the more detailed parts of the leak. The app reportedly includes sleep stages, a nightly sleep score and sleep coaching that becomes available after seven recorded nights. SammyGuru also reports references to snoring detection that would use the paired smartphone, rather than proving that the band can perform that analysis independently.
There is still no confirmed built-in GPS information. The absence of a GPS reference is not proof that the hardware lacks a receiver, but it gives no basis to claim that the Fit4 will offer standalone location tracking.
Design and connectivity remain unconfirmed
Earlier FCC coverage identified the unannounced device as model SM-R391 and described a rectangular design, optical heart-rate sensor, pogo-pin charging contacts and Bluetooth 5.4 with Bluetooth Low Energy and Enhanced Data Rate. Those records provide useful evidence that a device is being prepared, but they do not amount to a product announcement or confirm markets, colors or final features.
Samsung has not published a Galaxy Fit4 launch date, price or availability information in the sources reviewed. Reports of Black, Silver and Light Green versions, and suggestions that the tracker could cost less than $100, should therefore be treated as unconfirmed leak material rather than buying guidance.
What is known so far
The strongest current picture is of a Fit3-like fitness tracker with a reported taller display, more tile options and software support for sleep and health metrics. Until Samsung releases official specifications, details such as the screen hardware, GPS, battery, regional availability and price remain open.
