Hasbro raises 2026 outlook as digital gaming and Magic surge

Hasbro raised its 2026 forecasts after Wizards of the Coast and Digital Gaming grew 31% in the third quarter. The segment, including Magic: The Gathering and Monopoly Go!, is now expected to grow 16% to 18% for the year, versus a previous low-double-digit outlook.

Magic revenue exceeded $600 million for the first time, up 34% year on year, helped by The Hobbit and Reality Fracture sets. Hasbro lifted overall constant-currency revenue guidance to 7% to 9% from 5% to 7%; consumer-products revenue rose 4%.

The result shows why Hasbro is treating games and collectibles as a growth engine rather than a side business. Digital engagement extends brands between launches, while card releases encourage repeat purchases. Management said demand remained resilient entering the holiday season.

That mix also diversifies Hasbro beyond physical shelf space, although hit-driven releases can make quarterly momentum uneven and do not eliminate the need to keep traditional brands relevant.
