OnePlus Ace 7 and Ace 7 Pro Launch in China on October 29

OnePlus has set October 29 at 7pm China time for the Ace 7 series launch. The lineup includes the Ace 7 and Ace 7 Pro, with active cooling at the centre of the company’s performance-focused teasers.

A OnePlus community announcement confirms the event timing and promotes dual-airflow cooling and hands-on gaming demonstrations. GSMArena reports that reservations for both phones are already open through the official Oppo store in China.

A built-in fan changes the performance pitch

The phones are expected to use a built-in cooling fan with two airflow paths. Gizmochina reports that OnePlus China president Li Jie has described one path as cooling the chipset and the other as cooling the rear panel.

The practical question is how that design behaves during long gaming sessions, including fan noise and sustained performance. A cooling layout alone is not a substitute for independent testing.

Chipsets are reported, other specifications remain leaks

GSMArena says the standard Ace 7 uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 V Series variant, while the Pro uses the standard Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. Gizmochina’s coverage still places the processor details among previously reported specifications, so final launch documentation will be important.

Other rumored hardware includes a 6.78-inch OLED screen with a 185Hz refresh rate, a battery around 9,000mAh and a 200MP main camera. Those details should not yet be treated as a complete, verified specification sheet.

The confirmed event concerns China

The October 29 date does not establish release timing or prices for India, the US or Bangladesh. Nor does it confirm that either Chinese Ace model will be sold elsewhere under the same name.

OnePlus still has pricing and the final hardware configuration to disclose. The launch will show how much of the performance promise comes from the new cooling system and how the two models are separated.
