iQOO has scheduled the Neo12’s China unveiling and sales start for October 28 at 7 p.m. China time, according to its official Weibo announcement. Reservations are already open, while separate company posts reveal the phone’s design and three finishes.
Three finishes and a gaming-focused design
iQOO says the design was co-developed with the China Academy of Art. The Neo12 will be offered in Fierce Edge, Shadow Black, and Frost Blade Blue. Fierce Edge uses a dynamic rear-panel texture, while the other options provide more restrained finishes. iQOO has also shown a polished metal frame and a square rear-camera module. The module is reported to house an active cooling fan in its lower-right section, giving the phone a distinctly gaming-oriented appearance.

GSMArena also reports a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, iQOO’s Q3 gaming chip, Ice-Dome cooling and a 9,000mAh battery. The launch announcement itself does not give prices or international availability.
