iPhone Duo Shipping Dates Move Earlier for Some Pre-Order Customers
Some iPhone Duo pre-order customers say Apple has brought forward their estimated delivery dates, although the reports are anecdotal and the online store still displays January 22 for some orders.
iPhone Duo Shipping Dates Move Earlier for Some Pre-Order Customers
Some people who pre-ordered Apple’s iPhone Duo are now seeing earlier delivery estimates, adding a new twist to the shipping delays reported after the foldable phone’s October 16 pre-order launch. The change does not apply to every order and is not a universal Apple shipping update.
Earlier dates are appearing on selected orders
GSMArena reports that several users in Japan saw November or December estimates move forward to October 23, the stated launch date. In an Apple-focused Reddit thread, other customers described changes from December 2–9 to November 17–24. A few reported larger changes, from January 25 to November 24 or November 16–23.
These are customer-reported order changes, not a confirmed company-wide forecast. Some buyers saw no improvement, while one reported a November 30 estimate moving back to December 7. Delivery timing may depend on configuration, inventory allocation, country, retailer and when an order was placed.
January estimates still matter
Apple’s online store was still showing January 22 for some orders when GSMArena checked. US carrier estimates cited in the report ranged from December 3 at AT&T to December 4 at Verizon and December 29–January 6 at T-Mobile. Buyers should check the retailer handling their order instead of relying on another customer’s date.
The earlier Innopark IT report covered estimates slipping into January 2027. The newer customer reports suggest some orders may arrive sooner than those initial projections. It updates the picture but does not prove Apple has increased supply.
