Coforge reports strong quarterly growth as Encora integration and deal momentum continue
Indian IT services provider Coforge reported a 53.6% year-on-year rise in second-quarter revenue, helped by a full-quarter contribution from acquired engineering-services company Encora and demand for AI-led engineering, data and cloud services.
Consolidated revenue from operations rose to 61.71 billion rupees ($649.99 million) in the quarter ended Sept. 30, from 40.16 billion rupees a year earlier. Consolidated net profit increased 56.5% to 5.88 billion rupees from 3.76 billion rupees.
Order intake tops $1 billion
Coforge said quarterly order intake reached $1.04 billion, up from $514 million a year earlier. Its official release said the company signed eight large deals during the quarter and reported a next-12-month executable order book of $2.38 billion, up 45% year on year.
The company said it raised its fiscal 2027 EBIT-margin guidance to 16% from 15.5%. Coforge’s release also said the company expanded its Kraków engineering center as an AI-engineering and nearshore delivery hub.
Encora expands scale in the Americas
Coforge announced its $2.35 billion acquisition of Encora in December 2025. Reuters said the deal was intended to bolster Coforge’s scale and capabilities in the United States and Latin American markets. The company derives more than 60% of revenue from North and South America, according to Reuters.
